Real Time Production Monitoring
It is usually installed on the company workstations, in the looms room and on the computers of the production managers. An efficient and dynamic synoptic provide the immediate look of the loom room, giving information on each single loom, or groups of looms selected by different filters: Machines groups, Operators, Articles, Yarns used, Customer, Grey Article, Speed, Loom Efficiency, Operator Efficiency, Article Efficiency.
Planning of Production Orders, Beams and Rolls
By using this function, you can assign beams or production orders to the loom. The program automatically calculates the estimated end of production for the beam and for each roll previously planned. During the production estimations of production and consumption quantities will be automatically updated.
Web Monitor
On your smartphone or on a standard internet browser, you can check the efficiency of you loom room. Many information are available to allow you the control of the looms and production orders when you are not in the mill.
