VERIFICATION MACHINES to check the quality of the fabric. We have a wide range of models:
- Compact machines for small productions
- Fully automatic winding and cutting machines, driven by a PC.
- TRANSPORT AND PACKAGING SYSTEMS for fabric rolls with fully automatic packaging machines with every possibility to close the ends: welding, closing with plastic clips, heat sealing, ultrasound.
- PACKAGING PLANTS FOR NON-STANDARD PRODUCTS (special height, diameter or weight)
- AUTOCUT PROJECT It is a new way of checking and cutting the fabric and consists of three phases:
- Quality control of the fabric by an operator on the machine from large roll to large roll, entering all the information in the memory of a PC installed on the machine.
- Optimization of cutting devices through software optimization designed on customer needs.
- Fully automatic small roll cutting, packing, weight, large roll labeling on a PC driven cutting robot and able to pack second choice separately.
